RETURNS POLICY

Once the order has been confirmed, the created journey begins. Each piece is created entirely by hand for you, ultimately with the aim to exceed all your expectations.

Due to the handcrafed and bespoke nature of our collection, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We are a small business and take great pride with attention to detail when creating your order.   Each piece is meticulously checked prior to careful packaging. For UK orders only, in the unlikely event that any piece should arrive faulty, (due to the mishandling during delivery that we cannot take responsibility for), please contact Afshan Shamas immediately upon receipt. The piece should be returned within 7 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the parcel is correctly packaged to avoid any further damage. We recommend you return the package by Royal Mail tracked special delivery or registered signed for delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for your package should it not reach us. Once we have received the package we will happily replace the damaged item with the same one for you (like for like) and cover the re-delivery cost. Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange damaged items for alternative styles. Please note this will be at our discretion . Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for international orders due to import taxes.

The collection is available to try on and purchase from Covent Garden, London.  Please contact us to arrange a time.  Afshan will be delighted to help you in any way she can.
