WHERE ARE APPOINTMENTS HELD? – Afshan Shamas offer nothing less than a personalised service, hence why there is no shopping basket available on our site.  Visit Afshan in the heart of Covent Garden at the world renowned Apple Market, home to creative artisans, where all your requirements will be discussed in great detail.  Inspiration is drawn from an array of our sample pieces, leading to the perfect design.  Please contact us directly on 07951 174385.  Alternatively you can contact us via email at info@afshanshamas.com, or fill in our contact form.  We also offer SKYPE appointments to all clients who are unable to visit in person or are overseas.

WHERE DO WE MAKE AFSHAN SHAMAS  ACCESSORIES? – All Afshan Shamas designs are handcrafted in our London studio.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE? – All orders are completed within 4 -6 weeks from point of order date to delivery.  We also offer an express service.  Please call Afshan directly.  Dependant on the time scale an additional charge may be incurred.  We will however endeavour to accommodate your requirements to the best of our ability.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR BESPOKE PIECES? – There is no additional charge for bespoke pieces.  As each one of our accessories is hand made, colour and sizing can be adopted to meet your requirements.  Necklaces and bracelets are also made to measure.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOURS? – For our bridal collection we offer a colour option of silver plated, gold plated or muted gold coloured wire.  Our standard bands are camouflaged to suit blonde or brown hair, however we are happy to adopt your requested colour.  Our Midnight Sparkle collection aims to incorporate an array of colours, thus a variety of coloured wires are used.

CAN A PIECE BE MADE WITH SENTIMENTAL JEWELLERY? – We also welcome you to bring in a sentimental piece of jewellery which we can incorporate into your unique accessory.
